As an authentic vintage/antique piece, each item may show signs of age and previous use, including surface wear, scratches, discoloration, glaze irregularities, minor rim irregularities and other characteristics consistent with its age. These are part of the individual character of antique teaware and are not considered defects unless otherwise stated.
Song Dynasty Teaboat
Size: ~15cm
Wide and shallow, with a pale celadon glaze. Over the centuries, much of the glaze on the rim and outer body has worn away naturally, exposing the clay beneath — this is wear from age, not how the piece was originally made. Rust-colored patches inside from the original firing.
Note: We try to display pictures as accurately as possible but we do not offer exchanges or returns on antiques.
