Subscription Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their teabag subscriptions at any time through their customer portal or by contacting us at support@store-chazhiji.com.

• There is no minimum commitment — you can cancel anytime.
• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date.
• If you cancel after your next charge has processed, your final delivery will still be sent, and the subscription will not renew thereafter.
• No partial refunds will be issued for subscriptions canceled mid-cycle.
